Description: The Ville de Charlemagne is requesting professional services bids for the refurbishment of infrastructure on Plourde and Notre-Dame streets. The selected firm will provide engineering professional services including surveying of existing infrastructure, hydraulic study, preliminary design, plans and specifications, bid analysis, work supervision, and all related activities for the infrastructure refurbishment. The contract will be awarded based on a global evaluation of criteria without discussion. Work is scheduled to run from September 2026 to early summer 2028.
