Service Center Interior Remodel RFP

Description: Interior renovation of the County Service Center. The project consists of renovations and improvements to the public lobby, public restrooms, reception area, office spaces, permit offices, new restroom construction, kitchen improvements, and related building modifications. Work includes demolition, framing, doors and hardware, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage rough-ins, accessibility improvements, cabinetry, millwork, life-safety improvements, interior painting of the west wing, and associated construction activities necessary to provide a complete and functional installation.
