Serial Subscription Services (RFQ ) Upton

Description: Provide serial subscription services. The contractor would be responsible for providing end-to-end subscription management services, including processing new and renewal orders, maintaining subscription records, coordinating with publishers, resolving claims and delivery issues, providing customer support, and performing all activities necessary to ensure uninterrupted access to subscribed resources. Services shall support subscriptions delivered to single or multiple locations and encompass both print and electronic formats. See attached file.
