Septic/Sewer Repair, Installation, and Maintenance Services (RFP)

Perform septic and sewer system services, which may include to: septic services - routine inspection and maintenance of septic tanks and systems, pumping, cleaning, and disposal of waste materials in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, root removal, jetting, and hydro-jet cleaning, repair or replacement of damaged or failing septic components, installation of new septic systems as required by the district, maintain working communication with district plumbers, maintenance and facilities staff before, during and after service calls, provide assistance to district maintenance staff pulling septic pumps for servicing or replacement. Sewer services maintenance and repair of sewer lines, laterals, and mains, root removal, jetting, and hydro-jet cleaning, CCTV inspection and diagnostics of sewer lines, replacement or installation of sewer piping and connections, repair or replacement of damaged or failing sewer components, emergency response for sewer backups, leaks, or blockages, maintain working communication with district plumbers, maintenance and facilities staff before, during and after service calls, aid district maintenance staff pulling sewer pumps for service or replacement.
