ERATE QUALIFIED VENDORS: Seeking Proposals for Wireless Access Points
PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR ERATE QUALIFIED VENDORS BAINBRIDGE ISLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT is requesting Proposals on its USAC-posted Form 470#270002825 and RFP for WIRELESS ACCESS POINTS. Companies interested in submitting qualifications or proposals should contact Alan Silcott for a formal copy of the Request for Proposal or view the RFP on our website. Submissions will be due no later than November 30, 2026. Bids must be delivered in person as a hard copy to the Bainbridge Island School District no later than 12:00 PM PST on Monday, November 30, 2026. Bainbridge Island School District 8489 Madison Avenue North Bainbridge Island, WA 98110 An in-person site walk of all locations will be made available on November 18th, between 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. Please fill out the Appendix C: Intent to Bid letter to register for the site walk-through. No more than two [2] employees per vendor. POTENTIAL VENDORS MUST HAVE A USAC SPIN NUMBER AND CURRENT SPAC ON FILE. Bainbridge Island School District reserves the right to reject any or all submittals to waive any informality and irregularity in the qualifications/proposals and to select the firm(s) that are in the best interest of Bainbridge Island School District and in compliance with the terms set herein.
