Summary
Task 1. Personnel management: subtask 1 - personnel management - all contractor personnel are considered mission essential, emergency mission essential, and weather emergency essential. All shall have professional and working proficiency in writing, reading, speaking, and understanding the english language. All shall be able to speak with sufficient accuracy to participate in formal and informal conversations on practical, social, and professional topics. In addition, the contractor personnel shall be highly professional with exceptional communication skills for interacting with executive level stakeholders, maintain strict discretion with confidential information, and maintain a highly professional attitude and appearance following standards for dress attire. All personnel must hold technical proficiency with advanced knowledge of ms office suite (outlook, word, excel) and office equipment. All shall be highly proficient with strong multitasking abilities, including proactive problem-solving, and capability to work in a fast- paced environment. All positions shall be considered key personnel for this contract/task order. The contractor shall notify the ko and cor prior to making any changes in personnel. The positions will work on government site and be available, on-site, during core business hours. No changes in personnel will be made unless the contractor can demonstrate that the qualifications of prospective replacement personnel are equal to or better than the qualifications of the personnel being replaced. The cor shall be notified in writing of any proposed substitution at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the proposed substitution. Such notification from the contractor shall include: 1. An explanation of the circumstances necessitating the substitution. 2. A complete resume of the proposed substitute. 3. Any other information requested by the cor to enable him/her to judge whether or not the contractor is maintaining the same high quality of personnel that provided the basis for award.
