Description: Independent School District #279 - Osseo Area Schools will receive single prime sealed bids for Rice Lake Elementary 2027 Renovations until 2:00 p.m. local time on December 1, 2026 at the Education Service Center, 11200 93rd Avenue North, Maple Grove, Minnesota 55369, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a prebid walkthrough held on November 11, 2026 at 7:30am This project includes: Renovation of existing classrooms including new interior finishes and associated mechanical and electrical work, as well as an outdoor classroom. Bidding documents are available for download to prospective bidders and subcontractors by contacting the Owner's Representative, ICS, 1331 Tyler Street NE, Suite 101, Minneapolis, MN 55413 (763) 354-2670. Prospective Bidders and Subcontractors will be given instructions to download complete sets of the bidding documents. The downloads will be made available November 6, 2026. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Independent School District #279 - Osseo Area Schools in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. NOTE: Mechanical portion of project - plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler work - is being provided by Owner's separate contractor, McDowall Company. General Contractor shall be required to coordinate with and schedule the work of McDowall Company, in the same manner as if they were a sub-contractor to the General Contractor. This includes providing temporary facilities and controls. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
