INVITATION TO BID Seal Coating & Crack Filling
Benton County Electric System invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for seal coating, crack filling, and restriping at the BCES Warehouse (925 Highway 70 East, Camden, TN) and the BCES Main Office (975 Highway 70 East, Camden, TN). The warehouse work covers front and rear parking lots and all fenced paved areas in two phases to avoid disrupting 24-hour operations, while the office work covers parking lots, drive-through, entrance/exit drives, and restriping of parking and ADA markings during a weekend. This is a contractor bid for physical maintenance work, not a grant program; bids must be received by Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., with selection stated to occur Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., and bidders must provide at least three comparable-project references.
