SDSU Metro Center Custodial Services RFP

Description: South Dakota State University is soliciting proposals for comprehensive custodial services at the approximately 44,000-square-foot SDSU Metro Center in Sioux Falls. The contractor will provide weekday daytime and evening staffing, routine cleaning across the facility, APPA-aligned service standards, quality-assurance inspections, and emergency response outside normal hours.
