Scullery Dishwashing Machine Lease and Maintenance, NSA Panama City, FL RFP

Description: The contractor shall provide a leased commercial dishwashing machine (scullery), including delivery, installation, complete maintenance, and repair services. The leased dishwashing machine must meet the following minimum performance and capacity characteristics to ensure it can handle the high-volume requirements of the Panama City Galley and integrate with the existing infrastructure: National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) Certification Requirement The commercial dishwasher shall be certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and bear the appropriate NSF certification mark demonstrating compliance with current NSF/ANSI standards for commercial food service equipment. NSF certification is required to ensure the equipment meets nationally recognized standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanability, material construction, and public health protection.
