The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is issuing a Total Small Business Set-Aside construction contract (Solicitation W9128F26RA107) for the Repair/Replace of the Mass Parking Apron (MPA) Section V at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.
