Scenic Highway 98 \& Grand Hotel Lift Station Improvements

Description: The City of Fairhope is requesting responses from qualified contractors to provide all material, equipment, labor, and incidentals for the project generally described as follows: The installation of upgrades to the existing Grand Hotel Lift Station and construction of the new Scenic 98 Lift Station. Sewer collection/conveyance system upgrades include the installation of two (2) manholes and approximately 80 L.F. of 10" and 12" PVC gravity sewer main, as well as the installation of approximately 520 L.F. of 12" HDPE force main, 80 L.F. of 10" and 12" Ductile Iron force main, 480 L.F. of 4" PVC force main, 180 L.F. of 8" PVC force main, 1,460 L.F. of 10" PVC force main, two (2) 12" plug valves, two (2) 10" plug valves, two (2) Combination Air Relief Valves, six (6) connections to existing force mains, and associated appurtenances.
