SC 9 (West Meeting Street) Corridor Study "Corrected"

Description: The Catawba Regional Council of Governments seeks consultant services for a comprehensive study of the SC 9 (W. Meeting Street) corridor between approximately Paladin Road and Main Street in Lancaster. The study will evaluate existing transportation conditions and current and future mobility needs while developing implementable recommendations to improve safety, operations, accessibility, community connectivity, and economic development. The solicitation is an architectural/engineering request for proposal with five resume copies due by September 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
