SAP IT Destruction - (Request for Quotation) *SOLE SOURCE*

Description: The objective of this requirement is to obtain professional, secure, on-site mobile destruction and recycling services for Special Access Program (SAP) classified information technology (IT) components and materials at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB). System High will perform comprehensive on-site sanitization and physical destruction of designated SAP-level classified IT components, thereby eliminating the security risks associated with off-site transport and potential data reconstitution. Throughout all stages of preparation and processing prior to destruction, the Contractor is required to maintain positive control and on-site physical protection of all SAP IT components. Continuous accountability and oversight must be enforced through the strict adherence to Two-Person Integrity (TPI) protocols during the entire sanitization and sanitizing process. In addition, System High is the only mobile destruction company known at this time that has been approved for Special Access Program (SAP) Information Technology (IT) destruction. See attached file.
