Description: Provide DESIGN-BUILD project involves roadway repair and replacement of approx. 190,000 SF of concrete pavement, using Low Embodied Carbon (LEC) materials, to include LEC asphalt, concrete, and steel. The repairs consist of complete reconstruction, surface reconstruction, mill and 4” asphalt overlay, joint sealing, patching, and the select replacement of 8” – 11” thick reinforced concrete.

The City of Santa Barbara is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Santa Barbara Airport Terminal Improvement Project (Project 5138). The work involves a 33,000-square-foot expansion and renovation of the existing airport terminal, including additions on all four sides, expanded TSA screening and baggage handling areas, new passenger amenities, and airside improvements such as passenger boarding bridges and aircraft gates.
