Tenkiller Hydropower Excitation System Replacement
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, plans to issue an RFP for replacing two existing excitation systems at the Tenkiller Ferry Powerhouse with digital systems and associated power potential transformers. The work includes design, removal, installation, testing, commissioning, model validation, documentation, concrete repairs, and optional collector-ring refurbishment. This is an unrestricted, firm-fixed-price procurement using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation; responses to the pre-solicitation notice are due November 6, 2026, while proposals are planned for early December.
