Clear Creek Regional Housing Action Plan (Request for Proposal)
Seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals (each, a "proposer") to prepare a comprehensive regional housing action plan that contains the required components of c. R. S 24-32- 3705 for the defined limits outlined in subsequent sections of this request (the "services"). The initial term of the Contract will be 13 months, commencing on the date of Notice to Proceed. The Authority may, at its sole option, renew the Contract for up to SIX additional months, for a maximum total term of 17 months, upon written notice at least 14 days before expiration.
