Salina Regional Airport - SLN Terminal Public Area Improvements RFP

Description: The work involves four scheduled areas and one alternate: Schedule I: Construct a new TPO roof overlay with tapered insulation for a center drainage peak at the concourse connector, including new gutters, downspouts, flashing, and rooftop gas line relocation. Schedule II: Complete interiors refresh of the Terminal Public Lobby, Waiting Area, and Bag Claim (new lay-in ceiling, lighting, flooring, ticket counters, column covers, monitors, wall treatments, door replacement with a window, and full restroom renovation with replaced piping). Schedule III: Replacement of Front Entry and Bag Claim sliding doors. Schedule IV: All furnishings. Alternate 1: Wall Panel Systems (WPS) Universal Architectural System with phenolic-faced panels in lieu of high-pressure laminate (HPL) faced panels.
