Salem WWTF Phase 2B Improvements

Description: Modifications to the influent pump station, including the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, process integration, start-up, warranty and delivery of operations & maintenance manual for submersible chopper pump equipment package. Selective repair of existing secondary clarifier mechanisms; application of a new coating system for each mechanism; modifications to existing below slab piping; installation of new telescoping valves. Construction of a new tertiary filtration process, including construction of a new concrete masonry unit building with galvanized steel roof trusses and standing seam steel roof; design, fabrication, delivery to site; installation; start-up; warranty; and delivery of operations and maintenance manuals for new surface filtration equipment package. Design, fabrication, delivery to site; installation; start-up; warranty and delivery of o&m manuals for new non-potable water pump station equipment package and clear well.
