Sale of City Owned Vacant Properties

Description: The City of Santa Ana is seeking qualified individuals or entities (Proposers) for the purchase and development of vacant properties in the City of Santa Ana. In addition to electronic Bid submittals, (5) hard copies of Proposals and (1) hard copy of Deposit(s) shall also be sent by courier service OR hand delivered on or before the RFP deadline. On the Proposal Due Date, City Staff will be available to receive hard copy Proposals and Deposits from 9am-12pm and again from 2pm-4pm at Ross Annex 3rd Floor. Visitors will need to sign in at the Reception Desk at City Hall and show photo ID to be sent upstairs to leave materials. Packaged Proposals (separate from Deposit) in an enclosed envelope marked clearly with the following information shown below on or before the deadline: “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR CITY OF SANTA ANA SALE OF CITY OWNED VACANT PROPERTIES RFP 27-036 IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.” City of Santa Ana Attn.: Hayley Gilbert Public Works Agency; M-36 20 Civic Center Plaza; Ross Annex Santa Ana, CA 92701 Please note that all visitors must sign in with Reception desk located on 1st floor of Ross Annex. To do so, you will need to check in and provide photo identification in requesting a Visitor's pass and be sent up the elevator to 3rd Floor of Ross Annex.
