Sale Land in Oneida County RFP

Description: Three parcels of land containing a total of 143.93 acres located two miles southwest of Three Lakes. The parcel on the road (TL-84), contains about 41.49 acres and 13 acres of upland, which is accessible from the paved town road. The two parcels southeast and kitty corner to TL-84 are considered landlocked. They consist of about 102.44 acres and contain about six acres of upland. The upland cover type for the entire tract is primarily aspen and balsam firm. The tract is about 75% wetland, consisting of bog and brush. A buried gas line easement is on the parcel kitty corner to TL-84. Electric is available at the road.
