Village of Western Springs

Work includes concrete roadway reconstruction, storm sewer replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, PCC sidewalk removal and reconstruction, new 8" water main with services, drainage and utility adjustments, sanitary sewer point repair and CIPP lining, and landscape restoration.

City of Lake Dallas

This project involves the full reconstruction of drive, road, and avenue, including the removal and replacement of existing roadway infrastructure and the installation of new water distribution systems, sanitary sewer lines, and stormwater drainage facilities. The scope also includes construction of new roadway sections, integration of landscape elements, and the complete replacement of the traffic signal system at the intersection of shady shores road and swisher road. All improvements are designed to meet current municipal standards and enhance long-term functionality and aesthetics of the corridor.
