S. HIGHLAND BLVD AND KEENE RD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT RFP

Description: The City of West Richland is soliciting sealed bids for improvements at the S. Highland Boulevard and Keene Road intersection. The work includes roadway excavation and paving, a traffic signal system, sidewalks and curb ramps, illumination, storm drainage improvements, landscaping, pavement markings, and permanent signing.
