S-157 WING WALLS AND MANATEE OVERLOOK REHABILITATION
The St. Johns River Water Management District is seeking bids for construction and rehabilitation of a wing wall associated with a 6,500-cubic-feet-per-second water control structure and a manatee overlook. The work includes temporary cofferdam and flow-bypass systems, sister sheet-pile walls and pile caps, demolition and replacement of the overlook pavilion, environmental protections, site restoration, and related technical documentation. The estimated construction cost is $4,000,000, bidding opened July 27, 2026, and bids are due September 4, 2026.
