Rush IRA - Kitchen Renovation RFP

Description: Scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1) this is a replace in kind project. The flooring will remain and the new layout will match the current layout 2) provide cut sheets of the proposed cabinet layout including moldings, accessories and manufacture of the cabinets for approval. 3) provide cut sheets of the proposed countertop layout and manufacturer for approval. 4) provide a submittal for the backsplash material. 5) have your approved materials in hand before begining the demolition. Work must be continuous throughout the job. 6) remove and dispose of all existing kitchen cabinets, countertops and sink. See attached file.
