Work consist of Demolish the existing bathroom including removing the ceiling, wallboard, and subfloor taking care to protect safety equipment including the sprinkler system and fire alarm/strobe; install the floor drains and necessary plumbing rough in; once the plumbing rough in is approved, install the subfloor according to the design. It should generally pitch to the drains. Install the bathroom according to the design making sure to update the project manager with any pertinent information relating to the job including unforeseen circumstances and changes to the design.

Remodeling of kitchen design work includes remove and dispose of all existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, backsplash, etc; remove existing refrigerator, electric ranges, microwave and dishwasher for replacement, existing not savageable; remove existing cieling supply diffusers. Replace with new; remove existing flooring and underlayment down to subfloor; remove existing light fixtures. Provide and install led units similar to existing; repair or replace the walls as required to a smooth condition to accept paint and new cabinets; remove and replace all switches, receptacles and cover plates. Provide and install tamper-resistant gfci receptacles for all kitchen receptacles. For each kitchen circuit supplying the receptacles, provide and install a listed combination-type arc-fault circuit interrupter at the panelboard to provide protection of the entire branch circuit; provide and install appropriate backsplash on walls from back of the counter up to under the new cabinets.
