RTWS Termination for Iraq Border Security Project Phase I

Description: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency issued a Special Notice for the RTWS Termination of the Iraq Border Security Project Phase I to support the Iraqi Border Guard Forces in deterring, detecting, and interdicting illicit trafficking of WMD and related materials. The scope includes confirming equipment needs and procurement plans, delivering and transferring property, and developing and delivering training programs. The contractor must coordinate with DTRA, ensure compliance with U.S. and Iraqi laws, and perform the majority of work in Iraq with potential training in Jordan.
