RRUMC 4th Floor Patient Care Reconfiguration (Advertisement for Bids)

Description: Project will renovate approx 67,400 GSF of the 115,600 GSF on the fourth floor to accommodate the proposed program, including alteration, replacement, and upgrades throughout the affected areas of the fourth-floor building systems. Much of the existing infrastructure will be reused while providing all code-required spaces and maintaining operational efficiencies. The alterations will address americans with disabilities act compliance, changes associated with building system upgrades and operating efficiencies, sustainability, safety, and security.
