Description: The Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a single contractor to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) in-house bed services and Home Confinement services for male and female federal offenders in and around Williamsport, Pennsylvania (covering the city of Williamsport, surrounding boroughs, and select townships within Lycoming County). The requirement includes a maximum of 20 in-house RRC beds (16 male, 4 female) and a maximum of 10 home confinement placements, with the home confinement radius within 150 miles of the RRC facility, awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm fixed unit prices across a one-year base and four one-year option periods.
