[RP 0092-26] Link Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) Train Simulator

Description: Sound Transit is soliciting proposals for a fully functional training simulator that supports training and operation of Series 2 Siemens light rail vehicles in a realistic virtual environment. The system must include trainee and instructor stations, OEM cab controls, displays, communications, scenario-based training software, route simulation, and related training and support services. The proposed contract term is three years, with a two-year warranty after acceptance, a pre-proposal meeting on August 25, 2026, and proposals due September 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
