Roof RFP

Description: Work include 1) Tarp all landscaping. 2) Protect garage doors with plywood. 3) Remove old shingles. 4) Install New drip edge, Musket brown color. 5) Install ice and water shield 3" up gutter edges, pipe penetrations,valleys and chimneys. 6) Install new starter shingles. 7) Install new aluminum pipe flashings. 8) Install 2 new master Flow Solar attic fans. 9) Install CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles. 10) Cut Reglet in for flashing and bend into brick and then seal with caulk. 11) Install Hip and Ridge shingles. 12) Install new 6" Alcoa Aluminum gutters, Musket Brown in color. 13) Install new 3x4 Alcoa downspouts, Musket Brown in color. 14) Clean all debris. 15) Include up to 4 sheets of 7/16 OSB for rotten wood replacement. 16) Include cost per sheet if any other plywood needs replaced. 17) Include lineal foot price for replacing wood if roof is 3/4 sheeting. 18) Shingles must be nailed on , no staples. 19) Contractor must provide Certainteed certification paperwork.
