ESU 03 Roof Replacement Project RFP
Educational Service Unit 03 (La Vista, NE) is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for the ESU 03 Roof Replacement Project at its facility at 6949 S 110th St, La Vista, NE, covering approximately 38,780 square feet of roof replacement. BVH Architecture (901 Jones St., Omaha, NE) is the architect of record, and bidding documents (print or electronic) can be purchased from A & D Technical Supply (4320 S 89th St., Omaha, NE) beginning July 23, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 31, 2026 in the ESU 03 building lobby, and sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, August 14, 2026.
