Roof Repairs - FS 88 RFP

Description: Removal: Remove existing roofing down to decking. Remove mastic, flashings, coping, drip edges. Inspect all. Repairs: Repair any decking per building inspector recommendations. Clean and prepare surface. Scupper drain/pipe replacement: Inspect drain piping and replace, as necessary. Insulation: Install insulation, substrate and cover boards, vapor barrier, sheathing paper, per SBS system specifications. Roof Membrane: Apply 3-ply SBS roofing system with fiberglass reenforced cap sheet or equal. All submittals must be approved by the LACoFD Project Manager prior to the start of the project.
