Site cleanup and final inspection. Door replacement on roof top building. Interior Water Damage Contingency. Define separate warranties for materials and labor. Include a contingency cost to address potential interior damage caused from existing roof leaks or discovered roof leaks. This may include, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of water-damaged ceiling systems. Drywall repair and replacement. Insulation replacement. Mold remediation (if needed). Painting and finishing.
