Membrane Treatment Plant RFP
The City of Detroit, Oregon, is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of the Membrane Treatment Plant at its water treatment plant in Marion County, Oregon. The project consists of removing existing temporary treatment equipment and installing new permanent membrane treatment equipment and WesTech-supplied neutralization equipment, along with new poly tanks, drains, a discharge at Mackey Creek, and electrical and controls modifications.
