RMS RA Case Management Solution RFP

Description: The United States Department of Justice intends, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.102(b) (Deviated), to solicit from a single source Tyler Technologies’ Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Program Management solution. The solution will support the Department’s end-to-end reasonable-accommodation process and program-administration needs while ensuring compliance with applicable federal laws, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations, and security and privacy requirements.
