Rivers Complex

Description: Develop a sports complex and community park site including: Construct athletic fields and related site improvements, site grading and earthwork, drainage improvements and stormwater management facilities, install water service and related distribution piping, sanitary sewer and related facilities, pressurized irrigation system and related piping, construct parking areas and associated access drives, install bleachers, stands and a ticket booth, construct a pavilion, construct storage and equipment areas, related site work including in the vicinity of existing overhead power and telephone facilities, and incidental grading, utility connections, erosion and sediment control.
