Classroom Renovations RFP
In general, the work consists of: This project will complete the remaining work for Building 41 Classrooms 115, 116, and 117 that was not accomplished under the prior Building 41 renovation project (17D1V). The focus is on upgrading the HVAC systems in all three classrooms and finishing out room 115, which is currently unfinished. Rooms 116 and 117 require only HVAC modifications, while Room 115 requires both HVAC installation and a full interior build-out (flooring, ceiling, lighting, and finishes). Integrate these areas into the central boiler and chiller systems for improved reliability and efficiency.
