Ritz Theatre Renovation RFP

Description: Restore the existing 7,975-square-foot theater and its 9,894 SF annex into a state-of-the-art, 275-seat performing arts venue. Work includes core structural repairs, full TPO roof replacement, storefront window glass repairs, exterior masonry restoration, a complete overhaul of the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and specialized interior finishes in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents contained herein.
