Rio Consumnes Correctional Center New Potable Water Tank

Description: The County of Sacramento is soliciting sealed bids from a qualified tank contractor to design and construct a new 350,000-gallon potable-water prestressed-concrete tank at the Rio Consumnes Correctional Center. The work includes site preparation, a gravel access road, water lines and conduit connections, and permit-ready design drawings and calculations sealed by a California-registered engineer. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026, and bids are due online through OpenGov on October 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
