Description: RidesPlus transportation services program. Contractor will operate a program which accomplishes all of the following: 1. Provides a demand-responsive transportation system sufficient to accommodate the volume a. The program will operate from 5:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight, Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. (When a federal holiday occurs on Monday, Sunday service for dialysis patients must be provided.) b. Approx. 20,000 trips shall be provided annually. However, providers should demonstrate their capacity to expand or reduce the program to accommodate the increase or decrease in demand. See attached file.

Qualified educational partners to implement a specialized program focused on culinary lessons to teach essential kitchen and life skills using a fun, hands-on approach. This program must provide students with enrichment lessons that include cooking techniques, nutrition, food and cultures, meal prep and execution of a recipe before consumption. The curriculum is intended for an eight (8) week period, providing 8 hours of programming each week for students in grades tk-5 (14 sites) and tk-8 (4 sites) at six (6) school sites per two (2) month cycle.
