Rickenbacker Bldg. 2000 Hvac Replacement (Request for Quote)

Description: Work include replacement of the existing chiller unit (acu-1), existing trane condenser unit (acu-2), and three (3) related air handler units (ahu-1-3) at building 2000, including the ahu variable frequency drive (vfd) (both return and supply), related equipment safety power supply switch/components, chilled water supply and line sets, and all or any other related or required components to make the units whole and operational. In addition, the contractor will assess the existing variable air volume (vav) system in the building and replace vav boxes as required.
