OER Lighting Retrofit Louis Pasteur Building and Middletown Armory Building
The Office of Energy Resources is seeking a vendor to retrofit 567 existing lighting fixtures to LED fixtures at the Louis Pasteur Building in Cranston and the RI Army National Guard Middletown Armory. The work includes removal of old fixtures and installation of new LED fixtures, with a bid surety bond or certified check and Rhode Island licensing required.
