Description: The City of Caldwell is requesting Statements of Qualifications from licensed Idaho public works contractors to serve as the Instrument and Controls (I&C) subcontractor/integrator for the Lincoln Lift Station Package 1 lift station construction project. The selected I&C subcontractor will be shortlisted for general contractors to solicit bids from and may perform controls coordination, PLC and control-panel integration, VFD and instrumentation integration, SCADA development, communications, networking, and programming documentation.
