Description: The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services Department, on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS), is soliciting quotations for quality assurance case management software, maintenance, and support. The solution will serve DPSS’s Self Sufficiency Division, In-Home Supportive Services, and Foster Care programs, support up to 5,000 employees, and improve the quality, compliance, oversight, and efficiency of public assistance administration.
