Description: The Yuba County Water Agency (Agency) is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) in search of qualified contractors (bidder) for the Bert’s Valve Upgrade Project (Project). The project consists of upgrading Bert’s Turnout located in southern Yuba County (39°05'32.3"N, 121°25'52.5"W) on the Yuba County Water Agency-owned Wheatland Canal, northwest of the city of Wheatland, CA, and downstream infrastructure to increase the flow and volume of irrigation water to growers along Hutchison Creek.
