RFQ 50433 - Credit and/or Liquidity Facilities and/or Making a Direct Purchase of Bonds

Description: This Request for Qualifications seeks to pre-qualify commercial banks and other financial institutions to provide credit or liquidity facilities supporting San Francisco International Airport bonds and commercial paper notes, and/or to purchase those bonds directly. The Airport will evaluate submissions to establish a prequalified pool of providers, although prequalification does not guarantee a contract and the pool may be used at the City’s discretion. This is a financial-services procurement rather than a grant program, with an initial proposal deadline of August 21, 2026, and a final submission deadline of May 31, 2028, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
