The Work includes the following: Three below-grade, cast-in-place concrete structures; two approx. 27' by 21', and one approx. 22' by 19'. The Work consists of excavation and construction of the three new below grade concrete vaults, site work, yard piping, site restoration, ventilation equipment and piping, electrical service, and installation of permanent electrical equipment including but not limited to lighting, power distribution, wiring, instrumentation, and PLC hardware. These three delivery structures will be constructed at separate locations and will include flow control and metering capabilities. Electrical work required for flow control capabilities via GPWC supervisory control and data acquisition will be included. Connections to existing upstream and downstream water main will be required at the three new structures. Additionally, the Work includes complete installation of internal components at four existing below grade concrete vaults. This contract includes four existing structures' internal water meters, flow control valves, air release valves, pressure reducing valves, internal piping to connect pipe trains, heaters, and completion of electrical equipment installation including but not limited to UPS power distribution, wiring, instrumentation, and PLC hardware.
