Description: The City of Bellevue seeks a geotechnical consultant for the Bellevue Airfield Park and Aquatic Center project. The consultant will conduct targeted subsurface and surface investigations and review existing geotechnical and related data. The consultant will prepare a comprehensive report with recommendations for design, permitting, and construction, supporting design development and early-construction evaluation under a Progressive Design Build delivery model.
