The scope of work for the 701 Hastings Concession Stand renovation includes demolition of one door assembly, ceiling tiles, VCT flooring and base, one cabinet, and wall panels along one wall, with proper removal and disposal of all materials. Finish carpentry will provide a replacement base cabinet, new service panel, perimeter trim patching, and installation of a mid-range Corian countertop with supports. Additional improvements include caulking and sealing of roof penetrations, installation of a new hollow metal frame and door with hardware, and installation of new Armstrong Kitchen Zone ceiling tiles. Flooring work will include direct glue LVT installation with vinyl base and preparation, as well as application of a random flake epoxy floor coating system with joint filling for durability and safety. Painting will be performed on walls, ceiling grid, and new door/frame according to the specified color scheme. Electrical work is limited to installing a dedicated circuit and duplex outlet, contingent on available panel space.

The project includes the installation of a new 300hp variable frequency drive and furnish and install motor replacement of the existing Well #2.
